Free Shipping Worldwide - On all Unframed - Rolled prints.

We are a custom made to order business. That means, you buy it - we go make it.

Expected shipping times are a best guess only. We use a third party printer and it is hard to know how busy they currently are. Delays due to busy periods or shortage of raw materials can happen.

We do not have print progress tracking for custom order prints, after ordering you will next hear from us when your print has been completed. To get a more specific delivery time frame, please get in touch.

If you need a print by a certain date we can do our best to accommodate you, please get in touch.

 

Australia

We offer free shipping on rolled and framed artworks within Australia.
Rolled and Framed Artworks will generally be shipped via Auspost or a local courier.
Signature is required on delivery. It is important that your shipping address is your day time address.

 

Worldwide

NZ estimates 3-15 business days.
UK estimates 5-15 business days.
Europe estimates 7-25 business days.
USA, CAN estimates 5-21 business days. 

 

Worldwide Shipping Limitations

Due to huge cost variations and website limitations we do not allow international customers to check out with a framed print in cart.

However, shipping framed prints internationally is possible, please email us for a quote to ship a framed print to your international address. But we will generally recommend ordering a rolled print and having it framed locally.

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are generally unable to ship to the following countries/regions:Algeria, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of North Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria.

Customs/Import Duties & Taxes

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. 

We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

We do not send an invoice with our prints, and when appropriate we select 'gift' on postage forms. This may help reduce duties & taxes.
